I don't know whether to laugh, or to cry, as I fire up the skillet. We here at Seat of Our Pants Press have a strict no-raw policy and that applies as much to bacon as much as to other pursuits. (Ahem.)
It does my poor little clogged-artery heart good to know I've so many friends who feel the need to flag all bacon news for my attention. Whatever our distance or differences, bacon brings us all together. Absent friends, you are sorely missed. In bacon we trust.
